Deposit, Pricing, Guarantee, and Shipping

In order to hold your choice of puppy I require a deposit of $200.  Deposits for future litters will go by receipt of  first deposit received. The deposit of $200 is non-refundable by this I mean that if you decide you don't want the pup then you will not get your deposit back. If the pup were to die however, I will either refund your deposit or you can transfer the deposit to another pup that is not spoken for or to a pup from a future litter. For the deposit I accept Paypal , checks, credit cards, or cash. For the balance of the pup I prefer cash for pickup. If puppies are being shipped balance needs to be received by age 6 weeks so we have time to book flights or arrange ground transportation. Make checks payable to Tracy Gordon or Windy G Farm. If paying with a personal check I will not ship until the check clears which is usually 7 to 10 working days.

PRICING:  for puppies that will be spay or neuter, breeding rights are an additional $400.

Puppies priced as the following:

Merles blue or red: $1500

Red Tris: $1000

Black Tri Females:$800

Black tri males: $800

All puppies will be vet checked, current on shots and de-worming before going to new homes. Tails docked (if needed) and dewclaws removed at 3 days old. They come with their AKC and/or ASCA registration applications, extended pedigree, health records, and are micro chipped. Pet/ companion puppies are sold with limited registration, which means no breeding rights. Breeding/show prospects are sold with full rights on contract.

We ship American Airlines, Delta, or United Airlines.

The cost of shipping is $500 for one puppy or we can ship two puppies together for $500, as long as they are the same size and weight  preferably 8-12 weeks of age. Puppies must be 8 weeks old to ship per airline regulations. We will only ship two puppies together in cooler weather...Older puppies and adults will cost more due to weight..The shipping charge covers the cost of the crate with all required labeling, food/water dishes, vet visit, health papers, airfare, and transportation costs to and from the vet and to the airport.

We understand you may have reservations about shipping but it really is safe and stress free to your new puppy.  We do not sedate the puppies in any way. They ship awake, alert, well fed, hydrated, and  comfortable. Some sleep on their way and wake up in your arms, ready to love them.

Puppies are a priority with the airlines and are handled with the best of care. Only certain aircraft are equipped to transport live animals. The animals get the same pressurization and air as the passengers.

The crate’s used for shipping are the hard plastic type. Attached to the crate will be a small baggie of food with a leash inside. The puppy will be wearing a collar. Remove him/her immediately and have a potty place picked out before entering your pickup place. Take him/her to potty right away. Bring water from home. There will be two dishes attached to the inside of the crate. Water your puppy immediately after potty time. Plan to stay at your pickup place for a few minutes to offer exercise and a bite of food before heading home. Puppies travel much better on a full tummy. Send me a quick text when you have the puppy in your care then we can talk later in the day, or the following day, to address questions/concerns after you have had some time to observe and interact with your puppy.

You will find important paperwork attached to the crate. Inside will be your registration paperwork, a copy of the Health Guarantee, your puppy’s health records with a schedule to follow and copies of all parents' lab reports, so be sure to take the entire packet and its contents with you to the vet so he/she can make copies for your puppies file. My contact information is attached should your vet have questions.

*Animal may not be exposed to temperatures of less than 45 degrees Fahrenheit unless there is an acclimation statement by a Veterinarian. Or tempatures above 85 degrees Fahrenheit. Please understand that during the summer months when the tempatures are high sometimes I have to reschedule shipping the puppy due to the tempatures. I use to keep up to date on the tempatures and this is what the airline goes by too. *Health Certificate must be issued by a licensed Veterinarian and be no more than 10 days old.  I do require the balance of the puppy and shipping cost before I will ship the pup. If paying with a personal check I will not ship until the check clears which is usually 7 to 10 working days.
